These folks create fantastic cases that are top-notch, well-crafted, and fit snugly to safeguard your phone. I did run into a small issue, though; I ordered two cases and one was incorrect. I reached out to them, and they were super responsive, sending me the right one and even letting me keep the wrong case as a little gift to apologize. I'd totally recommend them. I bought 2 phone cases from Heyybox, and I ran into a problem with one because the connection port just wasn’t working right. I reached out to the company, and they were super nice, quick to reply, and made everything so easy. They sent me a new phone case without any fuss and even threw in some extra goodies with it. My experience with them was one of the best, and I can’t recommend this company enough. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer with their fantastic service and awesome products! I placed my order on January 19. On the 25th, I was told there was a holiday and that my package would be sent out by the 28th. Now it's February 2, and there's been no update or shipment. Responses have taken 2-3 days to come through.

Update: I requested a refund on February 3 through Afteray and Heyybox. I received it the very next day. Not sure which method worked, but I'm just happy to have my cash back.

I really can’t wrap my head around all the nasty reviews I’ve seen. Their service is top-notch! I ordered two cases during a buy-one-get-one deal, and when I messed up my shipping address, I shot them an email. They got back to me in less than a day, saying it was no biggie and they’d sort it out. My order arrived right on time, considering it had to travel across the country, and it works perfectly. The lights turn off whenever I tap my phone, play music, or make any noise. Plus, the artwork on the case is just stunning!

I ordered 2 cases and they still haven't arrived. They reached an address in my state, but not in my city. It's pretty disappointing.

After a lot of back and forth, I finally got my refund. I never got the product and couldn’t get any help on that front, but at least they were kind enough to give me my money back.

I bought a couple of phone cases, and they arrived looking fantastic, the artwork is really nice. However, I've run into a snag with the charger; it doesn’t fit into a wall outlet or USB (I have an iPhone). I reached out for assistance, but nobody responded. Also, I thought the lights were meant to light up when music is playing? Mine don’t seem to do that.

I'm really blown away by how sturdy and well-crafted the case is, plus the artwork is top-notch. I'd rate it a full 5 stars, but there's a tiny section that doesn't light up. I suspect it might be because my phone is a Samsung S21 Ultra, which has a bunch of cameras. I got the Sukuna case, and the upper left part of his face near the cameras doesn't illuminate, making it look a bit odd. Not sure if I'll even use the LED feature, but honestly, I'm thrilled with the case just for the art! Also, I had no problems with delivery or tracking like some folks mentioned. It arrived in the UK in just 8 days after I ordered it.

I'm really into the artwork, but I've got a little issue. My Goth Mikasa case appears to have lights only at the bottom. Plus, it only illuminates when you give it a tap. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to work or what.

I goofed my order and picked the wrong size for my iPhone case. The support team was super helpful and really came through for me. They not only provided an 80% refund but also offered a 40% discount for a new case in the correct size. :)

The case arrived in a decent timeframe, but the charger included doesn’t fit into the wall socket and lacks a USB option. As someone who uses an iPhone, receiving a magnetic charger with an Android adapter is a major letdown. I’ll have to order new cables to check if the product performs as promised. 🤨 Edit: The company sent me a replacement data cable, and it works like a charm! Appreciate the follow-up. It’d be great if there was a way for users to choose their preferred cable before shipping in the future. Thanks again! 👍

The site has a great appearance. I've only come across such bright covers on aliexpress, but over there, you gotta wait for ages. Here, they mentioned that shipping would be around 5 days post-order. Still, I wish they had a wider selection of items from various anime genres.

The RGB lights look great on the case, and it fits perfectly with my phone. The magnetic connection is simple to use, but it could use a bit more strength if that's doable. Overall, this product is fantastic—I absolutely love it!!
